All our dressage saddles are manufactured by leading saddle manufacturer Ideal and are designed by International Dressage Trainer, Peter Maddison-Greenwell,  is considered a classical rider who has a true understanding of the way we should sit and how it affects the horses way of going.

Each dressage saddle can be tailored to fit the individual. A trial and template service can be arranged in selected areas

Peter is a well known and respected International dressage trainer and has designed this range with Ideal Saddles.

     He is however, not registered or qualified

with any official body of saddle makers or fitters.

     Any advise that is given must be taken knowing that ultimately there can be no redress with reference to this. However, as a company we endeavour to satisfy and respect

the Trading Standards guidelines.

     Our terms are 50% on order and 50% on notification of final manufacture. As in a shop, you pay before you walk with the goods.                           All postage where neccesary to be charged.

Our bridles are made to order and are of the very best quality black leather with brass classic style buckles giving a real look of sheer elegance.

They have the same distinctive blue strip in  the brow brand that is in the saddles giving a superbly crafted matching look to compliment you and your horse.

The leathers are covered in the same quality hide as the girths and saddles girth straps completing this unique look and feel that is unquestionaby stylish.

This saddle cloth is designed to fit perfectly under El Caballo de España dressage saddles with the front and bottom edge of the saddles panels.

It is available in white, beige and black with our distinct logo as seen in the pictures.

This saddle cloth is suitable for use in competitions as the logo is an officially accepted size.

The Continental is a beautifully finished dressage saddle with a unique and practical style of its own.

This well proven tree allows for a wider gullet accommodating more freedom for the horses spine.

Its wider bearing panels with a super soft neoprene lining encourages an agility and smoothness of movement few saddles can compare with.

It’s ability to fit so many different breed’s and types of horses makes this a saddle, without comparison.

Added to El Caballo de España saddle range in 2013. This is designed in particular for the showing world.

It has the same top quality leather with neoprene lined wide panels and gullet for extra comfort for the horse.

It has four well placed girth straps for perfect adjustment for a wide variety of types and breeds.

The Cruzado, meaning "crossed" is a beautifully finished General Purpose saddle benefitting from the same tree as the Continental.

A great partner to those that want to cross country or jump or maybe wish a little more security when hacking in the country.

This well proven tree has a wider gullet accommodating more freedom for the horses spine.

The Creation Supreme is finished in the same sumptuous way as the Continental Supreme, giving not only a secure but an soft ride for those riders who prefer it.

The cut back pommel allows for the higher wither in some horses.

As with the continental it has a wide gullet and bearing surfaces for the saddles stability  and teh horses comfort.

Built on the same proven and very successful tree, as The Continental, The Continental Supreme dressage saddle has all the same features but is finished in the very best hide giving a sumptuous feel to an otherwise firm secure ride.
